Avoid the skinny looking worker calls himself a 'post master'. Scammy. I have reported my issue to customer care to review. Didnt read official documents, signed and stamped ID without checking and then charged for the wrong service! Didnt refund!

The 'post master' guy does not know what he is doing. My matter has been taken up with post office customer care.
Didnt read official documents, forms, didnt check ID's, though he signed and stamped everything! another post office noticed differences in ID document details and werw not able to sign and stamp! . Camera footage will show he didnt even open passports to check!
He charged for a service he knew was wrong. I was advised by tfl and other posts offices that every poat office can offer this service!
When i ask for refund he offered me cash. I told him i want a refund to my card and as he processed it he told me there will be a 1 pound charge for cash deposit? I said im not making a cash deposit. Too late!!! Total fruad!
Use this post office with extreme caution, other branches advised me to report him, which I have done already!
Please report any other suspicious activity before he scams more vulnerable people.
